Upcoming Events for Year 2023 at Hicks Chapel Baptist Church
Everyone is invited to attend.
Family and Friends Day will be Sunday, September 24th
Pastor Samuel Philbert from Ambassador Baptist Church in St. Lucia, West Indies will
be preaching at 11am. A meal will follow the morning service in the Church fellowship
hall. There will be no evening service.
Our Fall Revival this year will be a Prophecy Conference with Dr. Keith
Allison from Demorest, Georgia
The Conference will be Sunday morning, November 5th through Wednesday night,
November 8th. This will be a total of five services. The Sunday morning preaching
service will be at 11am, Sunday night at 6pm, and Monday through Wednesday night at
7pm.
Our Annual Veterans’ Day Tribute will be Sunday, November 12th
The Tribute to our Veterans will take place at 10:30am in the Church Sanctuary. We
appreciate and love all those who have sacrificed to serve our Country. We truly and
sincerely, “Thank you for your service, Soldier.”
Our Annual Thanksgiving Service will be Sunday, November 19th
Singers Nathan and Tonya Horton from Candler, NC will join us at 10:30am to minister
in song, and the preaching will be followed by Pastor Laws at 11:30am. A meal will
follow in the Church fellowship hall.
The Church Christmas Play will be Sunday, December 17th
The Christmas Play presentation will take place at 6pm in the Church Sanctuary with a
time of fellowship and finger foods to follow in the Church fellowship hall.
